Important points about renting a car without a driver
For people living abroad, only a copy of their passport is sufficient and there is no need to provide a check or promissory note. However, according to the driving laws in Iran, they must provide an official translation of their international license or the license of their country of residence to the police.
The security deposit amount will be deposited into your account after 1 business day, and those who have paid their security deposit in cash will receive this amount in cash after returning the car.
At the time of returning the vehicle, the amount of 2 million Tomans will remain with the company for up to 25 days to investigate driving offenses and will be returned to your account after deducting driving offenses and road tolls.
What is the amount of the security deposit for rental cars?
It is the amount that the company keeps as a guarantee for the health of the vehicle (possible damage, return of the vehicle, fines) until the vehicle is returned. This amount is different for each vehicle and will be deposited into the customer’s account after 25 working days after the vehicle is returned to the company. Saadat Rent also provides the opportunity for customers to pay the security deposit in foreign currency, rials, and digital currency.
Insurance conditions for self-driving car rental in Tehran
Basic self-driving car rental insurance: This insurance includes roadside assistance (ERA), Saadat Rent’s Safety Commitment (SSP), comprehensive theft coverage, third-party liability insurance (ALI), which is provided free of charge for all cars.
Medium self-driving car rental insurance: This option covers third-party insurance, bodily injury and total theft of the car; also, medium insurance limits liability for damages and financial losses to the amount of the deposit.
